Back from the Shop
Daisy spent 4 days at the workshop for some well-earned maintenance and rejuvenation. First thing to do was the windscreen change. The old one was peppered with stone chips courtesy of the many Sunday Drives. Now, I can really see clearly instead of stars at night. The front bumper got a new paint job. The T-bar is now professionally spray painted compared with my DIY job. The headlights are new too since the adjusters on the old ones were broken. New fog lights were put in since the old ones were cracked. The Bilstein PSS9 were removed and replaced with standard Bilstein PSS. What got me really angry were the damages done to my rims. The alignment shop left marks, nicks and dents on all 4 rims. One thing for sure, someone is going to pay for the damages. What an anti-climax to an otherwise exciting period for Daisy.
