Two Beasts in One Place
This might be a rare picture. Not sure whether Daisy will be making another trip. The other day, we took a drive to Petcha Buri which is about 100 km to the south of Hua Hin. Having been driving the truck and my sister-in-law's Honda City most of the time, driving Ms. Daisy was sheer pleasure. The wife wasn't too pleased though and kept telling me to slow down.
Bought a pressure washer out of sheer necessity because the roads here can really mess up the car with mud and all kind of grit. It was a good buy because it makes keeping the car clean really easy. No fears of scratching the paint when using the washing mitten because most of the dirt would have already came off.
Some fault codes have been popping late indicating problems with the throttle valve. Thank goodness I have an OBD-II code reader with me. At least, I know whether it is a major or minor issue and more importantly, make decisions on follow-up actions. It seems that this is not a major problem but I am not taking any chances. We will go slow and steady and once we reached Singapore, Daisy is going in for a complete check. She'll be alright.
